Bahamian Squall is just beginning his freshman season, and he's had one runner thus far, Bahamian Girl finishing a solid third in a $65,000 maiden special and earning $6,000 at Gulfstream Park on April 25. But several others have been working well and should make their initial appearance in the not-too-distant future.
They include Double Diamond-bred colts Bahamian Park and Taino House, who have been training in tandem at the Casse Training Center and are already up to five furlongs. Also, Bahamian Royalty, a filly who has begun training at the same center, and Bahamian Beat, who has been breezing from the gate at the Nelson Jones complex for Jacks or Better Farm.
