The 4-year-old Bahamian Squall gelding bred by D. Michelle Landry went to the lead after the break under longshot specialist Sara Hess and continued on wire-to-wire. He led by 4 lengths in the stretch and held on to score by 1 1/4, clocked in :56.68, less than two seconds off the course record.
Raydar Control paid $39 and raised his record to 3-1-1 in eight starts. He earned a check for $20,300, raising his total to $55,988, with $42,128 coming this year.
